For the natural world, November is a time of transition, to fully let go of the external and turn inwards, towards hibernation. The same is true for us… it is the perfect time to start releasing the year that has past and draw our energy inwards.
This 2.5 hrs workshop @shphealthgroup will combine a mixture of yogic practices to help us move into the winter cycle in a more aligned & connected way. 🌀
Using dynamic vinyasa, mantra, meditation and self reflection, we’ll take the journey inward together and start to prepare our inner landscape for the new season to come.
