Summer Series: Sunrise Hike & Sound Healing
✨ Saturday 6th June✨
Meet from 6:00 AM
Hike starts 6:15 AM sharp
✨ Price: £30.00PP for a GWHC morning Hike, and a Sound Healing session ✨
We’ll begin the morning with a peaceful 2.9-mile sunrise hike through the Surrey Hills, with approximately 583 ft elevation gain - the perfect gentle wake-up for body and mind 🥾
At 7:30 AM, we’ll slow things down with a sound healing and meditation session led by Shikira - Temples for the Soul, a chance to fully relax, reset and soak in the calm energy of the morning.
At the end of your hike, a truly special experience awaits.
As your body feels awakened and your senses are alive, you’ll arrive at a peaceful open space with breathtaking views a place to pause, absorb, and simply be.
Here, you’ll be invited to lie back and fully relax as a deeply restorative sound bath unfolds around you, led by Shikira, known for her deeply calming sound bath experiences.
Breathe in the fresh air and allow the gentle frequencies and vibrations to wash over your body, softening tired muscles, calming the mind, and guiding you into a state of deep rest.
Having already connected with nature through movement, this is your moment to connect on a deeper level aligning with its natural rhythms and allowing yourself to fully receive.
A grounding, calming, and restorative experience, the perfect closing to your journey, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply nourished.
We’ll wrap up by around 8:30 AM, leaving you feeling grounded, energised and ready for the day ahead ✨
This special collaboration brings together movement, mindfulness and community - a beautiful way to start your morning surrounded by nature and like-minded women.
Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, uplifting space 💛
What to bring:
Comfortable hiking shoes or supportive trainers
Warm light layers that you can remove for hiking but use for the sound healing (it can be chilly early morning, especially as we’ll cool down during the Sound Bath)
1-2 litres of water
A mat or blanket for sound healing, a little pillow would also be recommended
